1. While a single judge of the High Court is a ' court below ' , in relation to a Bench hearing an appeal under the Letters Patent , he is not a ' Court Subordinate ' to the High Court within this section .
   लेटर्स पेटेंट के अधीन अपील की सुनवाई करने वाली पीठ के संदर्भ में जहां उच्च न्यायालय का एकल न्यायाधीश निचला न्यायालय होता है वहां उपर्युक्त धारा के अर्थ में वह उच्च न्यायालय का अधीनस्थ न्यायालय नहीं होता .
2. No Further Appeal in the High Court Where any appeal from an appellate decree or order is heard and decided by a single judge of a High Court , no further appeal lies from the judgement , decision or order of such single judge in such appeal or from any decree passed in such appeal .
   उच्च न्यायालय में कोई और अपील नहीं यदि उच्च न्यायालय का कोई एक न्यायाधीश किसी अपीली डिक्री का आदेश के विरुद्ध अपील की सुनवाई करके अपना निर्णय दे देता है तो उस एकल न्यायाधीश के ऐसे निर्णय अथवा आदेश के विरुद्ध या ऐसी अपील में पारित किसी डिक्री के विरुद्ध कोई और अपील नहीं की जा सकती .
